Route / Navigation:

The route follows the coastal path. It is marked on and off round the route by blue signs with a white seagull on them. We will provide a 1:25,000 map of the route and a route description card. We would suggest that you bring the OS 1:50,000 map of the Island with you as well.
 

Each runner will be provided with a route card and for some events a 1:25000 map section of the route, plus GPS downloads will be available nearer the time of the event.
